Workplace Yoga programs have become popular nationwide because of the stress reduction benefits and low cost of implementation. Unlike other exercise routines Yoga is low impact, improves strength and flexibility, builds concentration, and reduces mental and physical stress and tension.

My class programs will provide you with the following:

  • Posture improvement for tension management.

  • Strength building for greater resistance to stress.

  • Safe exercises (designed over 2,500 years ago) that bring more energy to the body.

  • Receive alignment cues, specific adjustments and posture variations to cater different skill levels and abilities.

  • Introduction to breathing techniques that support healthy mood and well-being.


Minimum of 5 people:

Book 1 off events or blocks such as 4, 6 or 8 weeks, or ongoing weekly classes (1-3 per week).

  • Rates for staff paying: 45min $15.00 per person, $20.00 per person.
